Excited to announce we'll be participating in @TheGDEX this weekend. Come learn about the future of indie focused game support platforms!
It’s always interest to see how studios try to stand out at conventions. We had the fortune of being right across the alleyway from The House of Hamelin at last weekend’s Cleveland Gaming Classic. They had some great ambiance setting props in their booth.
Another sign of the shuffles at what would have been considered a stable partner. Game studios need someone they can rely on as they try to make there games and that's getting harder to find. Something we are trying to address at the platform level.
@RaveofRavendale is hitting the nail on the head here. But that doesn't mean that new things can't be made or funded. We need to try new things that can support developers outside the typical publisher pipeline. That's why we're developing Ludare.
Indie publishing is fucked. No-one really wants to talk about it, but everyone can see what's happening out there. I'm sorry to the devs who have to pitch to publishers right now, because I can only assume it is absolute *hell on earth* gamedeveloper.com/business/-this…
Ludare will be heading to Gamescom this year. Reach out if you are interested in learning about the future of developing games with your audience, want to swap lessons of surviving during the downturn, or just need a therapy session and we can setup a conversation.
Our hearts go out to the team laid off today at Humble Games and the developers that had deals with them that may be at risk now. If you're looking for support in these uncertain times, reach out. We're here and ready to help.
We've released the first in a series of interviews we are planning to release focused on sharing the stories of indie developers. This one is focused on @AzureRavens, an indie studio in Michigan making Ravenwood. youtu.be/jbomWc79jaQ

Since this seems to be working again, Ludare is an indie support service allowing players to distribute a monthly subscription to the indie games they play. This allows players to support new games and the studios they love at less risk than early access or crowdfunding.…

We're excited to announce another studio we are supporting. @nochistudios's Sweetcore Brews is supported by Ludare!
This is why they are one of the few journalistic outfits I support in the games industry.
Very powerful words from one of the best journalistic outfits in the industry.
We're excited to be working with Azure Ravens to help the make Ravenwood Acres happen. Even at this very early stage of primarily early playtests.
As the games industry is facing uncertain times, we need new ways to stabilize and keep developers going. To this end, we're excited to announce Ludare is now available to the public. Learn more here: devpowered.com
Someone accidently picked up our Ocarina and played the song of time. So our announcement is pushed back 1 day to ensure we can hit our quality bars.
