Typically an escalation would occur if the pathway towards a resolution required administrative assistance. Not every team is unavailable on weekends-- it depends on the team, but we included that possibility in our previous response as a caveat to ensure proper expectations.
If no one is working on this over the weekend then why is your support saying "We've escalated this to even higher teams" every time I ask for an update? @linode
We will investigate and reply accordingly within that ticket. Some Admin Teams are only available Mon-Fri but Support is 24/7 by phone and ticket so be sure to include all questions there.
