For one thing, Israel has 2 million Arab citizens who can own property, have the full rights of Israeli citizens, do not face deportation, etc. Nobody gets to assert to them "you can't live here because the Jews as an ethnicity own the land".

I'd seen plenty of cases of DHS officers caught changing license plates, but I had not been aware that they were doing that on RENTAL cars; ones they didn't even own! As a result, Illinois has apparently stripped a license plate from one car owned by Enterprise.
