I nust figured out that building my SaaS for selling it for 4x ARR isn't worth
made the classic mistake spent way too much time engineering the product perfecting flows, fixing edge cases, adding little features but forgot one thing no one buys a product they don’t hear about and I'm not shy to say - I have lost the product traction
started hitting the gym 2 months ago mindset shifted hard better ideas better focus and finally a real break from work this week i’m adding tennis every saturday afternoon slowly living like a millionaire one day i’ll be one 😂
building a SaaS solo feels like this: → design it → build it → test it → hate it → rebuild it → launch it → fix bugs → doubt everything → repeat but somehow, it’s still fun

spent a week building new features for Trustiew had 100 more ideas in my head i can build them but i keep stopping myself like “nah, i need to ship this version by monday” so i push the ideas aside but how do you actually know if a hyped feature is worth building? right…
stopped all agency outreach 2 weeks ago we ran out of leads 10 paying agencies was enough to fully book the system had a mini panic moment sat down realized we needed i new trajectory
i think i just built one of the most useless features ever a support ticket lol shows up on the dashboard like someone cares but also… people need a way to ask for help right? not sure if it’s dumb or lowkey smart 🤷♂️
