Thousands, if not millions, or Samsung TVs are not working tonight. When will Samsung at least issue a statement. Most people have now factory reset their TVs trying to fix it themselves because Samsung has not made a statement admitting it has a major issue.

Extremely good news everyone. For the first time, a federal court has ruled that gender affirming care bans are unconstitutional. This case has gone on for two years now. And for the plaintiffs, they finally find relief. No more unconstitutional bans on care.
BREAKING: A federal court permanently blocked an Arkansas law that would have banned gender-affirming care for transgender youth, finding the law violates the constitutional rights of transgender youth, their parents, and their medical providers.

Most of the comments I'm seeing re: this week's school shooting are anti-trans. Not anti-gun, anti-murder, or even the usual "thoughts and prayers". Nope. They're in ecstasy that the one killer (in the 377 school shootings since Columbine) was trans. Pathetic.
Disgusting that so many are focusing on the gender of the shooter rather than um...the gun issue.
Conservatives claim that ant-trans legislation is to "protect" children from predators and groomers. Meanwhile, in Arkansas, child labor laws are being loosened. Christian pastors are being arrested and charged with pedophilia. But trans people are the threat.
In Arkansas, an anti-transgender bathroom bill (HB1156) has been sent to the governor. If you live in the state, let Gov. Sanders know you oppose this discriminatory attack on trans Arkansans.
