It was on this day last year I changed my diet. I lost most of the weight in the first 4 months, and I'm kind-of stationary now. I'm about 60 pounds (27Kg) down. I would like to lose a little more, but it doesn't matter if I don't. Now starts the hard part. Maintenance!
Klaus 🐈⬛ is so random. Much like the "floor tuna" incident from a couple of days ago, he left his food, so I threw it outside for the foxes, and he ran outside and ate it. I'm guessing that counted as hunting...
Q: What did you do this morning? A: Chased a squirrel around my bedroom, whilst trying to keep my cat from killing it. It's like Rocky chasing a chicken, but with more cat noises and squirrel shrieks.
