There were some curious edits to the Strategic National Stockpile website after Jared Kushner’s briefing.
To Trump & company, truth isn’t truth. A virus is a hoax. A pandemic will “disappear like a miracle.” And losing 100,000 to 200,000 of our family, friends and neighbors will be a tribute to what a good job he’s done.
After Jared Kushner’s comment about how the Strategic National Stockpile is not supposed to be for states, lots of people pointed to the fact that its own website says it is. The language on the website has now been changed. My screenshot from last night vs. one from today:
Secy Pompeo sent US stockpiles of PPE to China, while he & Trump publicly denied COVID-19 would affect us. That’s why doctors are reusing masks meant for single use & law enforcement is going without. It’s why communities are organizing home-sewers to produce substitutes.
Since Trump made it clear how terrified he was of Americans learning the truth about how his incompetence has put us all in danger, we decided to expand the buy for this ad into Arizona starting tomorrow in addition to FL, MI, WI, & PA.

Republicans are refusing to pass a bill that has - free coronavirus testing - paid emergency medical leave - extended unemployment insurance - food assistance - help for health care workers. Call their offices, tell them to get their shit together and do it. Thanks.
Is this a third world country?
I live in Seattle, I have all symptoms of COVID-19 and have a history of chronic bronchitis. Since I work in a physical therapy clinic with many 65+ patients and those with chronic illnesses, I decided to be responsible and go to get tested. This is how that went.
