Young football players heading into the off-season, if your goal is to reach your full potential in football: 1-Lift 3x/week, every week. 2-Play a field sport in the spring even if it’s just recreational. 3-Study football daily. 4-Eat/sleep like it will determine success.

Every high school athlete would get superior long-term results training 3x a week, but getting 8 hours of sleep EVERY night Rather than ⬇️ 8-10 training sessions a week, but sleeping 6 hours a night. (This is more common than the 1st one - real talk).
