In the year 2000 referee Andy D’Urso had the cheek to award Middlesbrough a penalty at Old Trafford, the first given against Man United there for 6 years. This is how Gary Neville’s team mates reacted. (The reason Neville isn’t getting involved is because he was taken off)
Is the Newcastle midfield ‘sooo physical’ or are they just allowed to do whatever they want at home?
HT Newcastle almost have their own VAR ecosystem going on at St James Park It’s as if they create an old school atmosphere So they are allowed to get away with old school skullduggery However when it’s returned they have no composure We just have to keep our focus
Hello. @peacock please get it together. Your app is crap
And then they wonder why people are looking elsewhere for their information/content. Even if this has nothing to do with bias, it just shows a collosal lack of knowledge / preparation.
I don’t see this when Kane or Haaland or KDB or Grealish or Bruno get their money But here we go….a young black kid gets a well deserved pay rise and let’s make sure he has guidance Amazing
The wonderful @leahcwilliamson not only poured pints for fans but bought everyone who came back post game a drink as a way of a thank you for their support. Class act.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Any codified law is subjective. Our judicial systems solve this with precedents. We've managed to set them in football for pedantic handballs but somehow not blatent hair pulls? Nothing subjective or complicated about that. Maybe a rigid system without common sense is the problem
Actually quite stunning how many football supporters think specific refs genuinely hate their clubs. An absolutely incredible mindset.
Bet we don't get to see @GNev2 sing hey Jude with the bees today. That's only reserved for a Covid hit Arsenal
Worst take on the internet this!
Tell me the more overrated food than Biryani, I'll wait.
Don't change what was already great eh? I remember the times when Monaco was a nice change of pace. Then came Singapore, which was interesting because of the night race, but nothing ultimately beats 'true' F1
Exactly. UEFA forgets that unlike the NFL, 3 bn fans already watch football
I understand that UEFA are trying to bring younger fans in with these pre-game performances and emulate the Super Bowl with a mix of sport and entertainment, but I have yet to meet a single football fans who actually enjoys it #UCLfinal
It's 25 years to the day since Ronnie O'Sullivan produced the most scintillating five minutes of snooker the world has ever seen 🤤
THE ARSENAL GAME IS GOING AND THERES COMMERCIALS ??? PEACOCK GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER
I’m getting an ad right in the middle of the match. WTF peacock
Not sure Leno did a lot wrong, but it felt a little like going from caviar to catfish. We really missed Ramsdale's distribution and authority with crosses
Expected ESR to start over Martinelli but obviously didn’t expect Martinelli to miss out entirely. As for Leno, he’s always been solid for us, but it’s been ages since he’s played and that makes me nervous. Also think Ramsdale’s excellent distribution is a big miss.
