Little shipping cost hack if you’re using a 3PL and if you sell on Amazon: Go into your Amazon account and pretend to buy a label from them - incredible prices. Take those prices and approach your 3PL. I can almost guarantee you’ll save $0.5-$2 per shipment if done correctly.

Laughed out loud when I saw that…

Crazy how a tiny sperm cell can turn into a 3-figure dropshipping guru who’s never fulfilled an order.

Lots of TOF ads yesterday. Still really healthy revenue and kept up our conversion rate. Cost caps for the win.

If your sales are a bit down this week just chill. People are waiting for 4th of July sales and prime days are also coming up next week. Chill

Visit your manufacturer - it’ll only help you in the long run. Better terms Better Quality Higher trust And so many more benefits….

Fractional COOs 🧐

Harsh ecom truth: $0-$200K/month is about ads. $200K - $1M/month is about operational discipline. If you're stuck, it's not Meta's fault. It's your backend. That's where real brands win.

I made $8.4M in 365 days. No viral ads. No big budgets. I broke the strategy down in a doc: 1/ The angles to scale past $700K/month. 2/ Retention funnel that 6X'd LTV. 3/ The mistake ruining 90% of ecom stores. Like, RT, comment "scale". Must be following. I'll DM it to you.

Initially you need balls to start out with cost caps or bid caps. CPAs will be higher starting out but ultimately it’ll average out to where you set your goal at.

Not a bad Monday…

Weekend scale is a real thing - raking in the profits on Mondays is fun though, haha. Trailing for a 30k day…

So so true…. No better way of saying it

why do i love bid-caps so much? because they pick up on demand and spend like crazy they scale for me both up, and down they force me to focus on creative and not think im smarter than the machine... if you're an emotional wreck, scaling your store up n down' on a daily or…

When using cost or bid caps expect your ROAS to drop slightly when META decides to scale your ad spend. Remember it’s just feeding TOF and will ultimately come back stronger.

Monday - Friday Meta spends 3-5k a day. On weekends it always fills TOF by spending 7-9k a day. Inflate your budget with bid cap or cost cap and watch Meta do its magic.

EXACTLY - we do it with cost caps but ultimately very similar.

Told my wife this morning that cost caps behave better than our own children…

No bid caps for us - we function on cost caps. Insane how precisely META finding us customers at a CPA of $45… Spending 5-7k a day… We inflate the budget so META has room to scale our campaigns without us touching them. All we do is upload amazing creatives.

Working on getting a 30% deposit and 70% 120 days after shipment payment term with our manufacturer. Remember it has to be a win win and there are certain strategies when negotiating those kinds of terms.
