You see the way footballers review their contract after some years, that's how software engineers should. Don't just add some amount to someone's salary.... 1/2
There are a lot of developers that earn little in Nigeria and it should be corrected. We need to advocate for better compensations for software engineers. The job is had with lots of health related issues. We should value what these people bring to our companies.
