33 years for me. Every. Single. Day. The hard part is realizing that you're not flawed, you just made a mistake. Typos, logic errors, off-by-one, etc. Instead of wallowing in the fact that you created a bug, revel in the fact that you recognized that bug and could to fix it.
I keep asking myself the same question, after 20 years of coding.
All of this may not work for all teams, but there's some real gold in here if you manage ANY number of remote workers. Thanks @nathanbarry!
