There are differences in state and central survey maps. In some areas, the difference is huge. Please check before investing in any plot. (Pink - central, Yellow - state).
Survey number mismatch is a huge problem in Telangana. Below are villas in gandipet worth 5-7 cr each. Apparently survey number 69 does not appear any where in the registration document which includes park, batminton court, a villa but 39 does (which is probably temple land).
