Shame on all of these people. They should have to spend some time sleeping in a park or on the sidewalk, then maybe they'd learn a thing or two.

The truth is, a good chunk of the "recovery" programs in Canada are actually just short term housing facilities where the tenants don't want to be there, have no rights, and the actual "programming" is delivered for free at the church basement down the road.
