If the Texas Rangers are investigating the City of Elgin over potential fraud and abuse of funds, surely they can do it in Austin?

Stop the homelessness narrative. These folks are several things: There by choice. There because of mental or addiction problems. There because Austin allows and encourages it because of free stuff & lack of law enforcement. More housing does not solve the real problems.
