Just finished Taxi Driver, one of those 'i should have watched it years ago' films. Wow. De niro is unhinged. This is one messed up film, felt dark and dirty from start to finish. For those that missed it first time around (like 1970s) add it to the list. Prefer Godfather though.

Just watched Allelujah! Jennifer Saunders was brilliant in my opinion, and always a pleasure to watch David Bradley and Derek Jacobi and a much underused Judi Dench. Such a great film, but definitely not the rollercoaster I was expecting. I’m quite taken aback. Laughs and sadness
