🛑 How to Report Suspected Abuse: ▪️ Speak with the facility administrator or social worker. ▪️ Contact the Rhode Island Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program for advocacy and support. ▪️ If immediate danger is suspected, call 911 or Rhode Island’s Adult Protective Services.
