If you can sign up to something online you should be able to cancel it online. Something that @SkyUK need to learn rather than getting their retention people to spout rubbish about privacy.. at least be honest, its about subscription retention.

@Ocado you ask people to book weeks in advance. We pay £9.50 for the delivery on top of the Smart Pass. Dozens of items showing as out of stock but you think ‘well that’s ok, have been checked out in my basket for weeks’, the day arrives and lo and behold, items are missing! Fail
