Took some days off from the gym, re focus, great back workout tonight, going hard for the next 3 months, looking for big change

Day 2 of my eat clean program, trying to loss fat, without losing muscle and strength, at age 50 this is the strongest I have ever been :)


Will be interesting to see how long the people who started New Years fitness resolutions actually continue after January 31st

Good cardio this morning, hand showeled my driveway, 80 feet by 20 feet, with 12 inches of snow, now it feels like winter


great lift day today, after an injury, finally got my bench back up to 325lbs. next step is to get my squats back to 450 to 500lbs
