Just shy of 7 miles. But I’ll take it. - I’ve learnt that my longer runs are going to be slower so I don’t get injured. - tried that - turned out I had to stop as I got injured. Lol. 🤕 - my body could have gone on. But my legs said no! 😞

4 miles today. It felt tough. Tired legs. I went out too fast and really felt it in the last mile. It felt like everything was uphill. But another tick on the training plan! Rest tomorrow and a recovery session (bath) is on the agenda!

I did the 5 Miles’s today! Im buzzing. Took quite a lot to keep going. But I know that each step I go is another step getting the body ready for longer distances!

3 more miles. Tired today. - my first hills at the beginning of the run hurt but I made the 3 miles needed. 5 miles tomorrow. And the longest run to date! Bring it on 🏃🏻‍♀️

Anther run today. Another “I can’t be bothered”. Another Quick time. (For me)😃. I was going to run a 3 miler today, slow and steady as I did a long one on Sunday. But I felt good. It still hurt, but my legs kept going. I’m very proud. Rest tomorrow then a easy one on Thursday 🏃🏻‍♀️
