Getting stuck is frustrating. As a junior engineer I'd immediately ping the tech lead. Then I tried time boxing. Only pinging for help after an hour of head-bumping. Over time I became independent. I cultivated patience and persistence. It was key for me getting to mid-level.
Was such a great experience mentoring others considering the fact I knew nothing less than a year ago about coding 👨💻
