Maybe not applicable to everything (fitness & diet for instance) but when it comes to creative work I totally agree. as @naval says, work like a lion not like a cow
in 2025 nearly every founder should either a) have a head of content type or b) be grinding content themselves. this is the new marketing and best way to learn is by doing it yourself a bit. perhaps its time for you to suck it up and start making tiktoks lol. maybe you like it

what’s really funny i’ve come to realize is that if you want to make a mobile app that makes money you need to only really solve distribution. then secondary is your app. if you have active marketing to push your app then it really doesn’t matter about competition.
