Avoiding hard conversations isn’t self-care, it’s hiding. Chasing attention isn’t purpose, it’s distraction. Delaying the obvious action isn’t discernment, it’s fear. Overthinking isn’t strategy, it’s sabotage. Stop letting comfort dress up as wisdom. Do the hard thing.
