Contacted @HSBC_UK #hsbcbusinessbanking on chat. Asked a simple question, waited 5mins for a response, asked a follow up - 5 mins wait. Told that it isn't an instant messaging service each interaction reply is approx 5 mins more at busy times, so much for customer focus #dobetter
The @BootsUK has to be THE worst online #customerexperience. You can't be logged into the app at the same time as the website, you have to keep re-logging into the website and app, even if using separately and the website is so slow and crashes. So painful to shop with #BootsUK
