Currently on hold (estimated wait time is over an hour) to get a package my local @UPS delivery services REFUSES to deliver to me. UPS corporate has told me for the last three days they will reach out to and tell them to deliver it. Guess the local UPS doesn’t play by their rules
Was assured by @UPS corporate that they’d contact my local delivery to get my package. Local peeps don’t care…. Still NO PACKAGE! @amazon can’t do anything to help because it’s the shippers issue!

The @UPS service and post office is a testament to why the post office is failing. Tracked my package and it would be delivered Monday… needed sig. I took Monday off… no package. They tried today at noon. I was at work. I can’t get it until tomorrow now. They did nothing wrong.
It seems PODs didn't like the negative publicity I was generating (thanks for the help)! They picked up the POD today. Sad that public shaming is the only thing that makes @PODS work with their customers. How many times did you reach out to me without being blasted first? 0
PODs ruined my father’s transition after mom died. Now PODs has found more ways to scam us out of money. Stay tuned to how much fun I have with a POD that will be left in my driveway for 17 days. You will rue the day you crossed my family. Follow me for more fun! @PODS #Shame
By far the worst moving experience in my more than twenty moves. @PODS should be ashamed of their customer wait times. Over an hour average. Each time, new person, explain everything - no help. Then they charge customer for delays they caused. #CustomerExperience #Shame
According to PODs Advocacy’s email I am receiving my POD today - late. Delays have been my fault - not their faulty website and hour + hold times. According to MyPods TODAY, not receiving until the 11th. How can I schedule return? @PODS
I understand @PODS is busy, but when you wait over an hour and a half, to be disconnected BEFORE you are helped… and the reason you need help is POD made an error, and I can’t use online help! Please contact me, over 30 minutes on hold this morning. #CustomerSatisfaction
