i've closed my rings on my watch for 50 days in a row.. that seems good, right? But.. while doing this.. i've gotten my thyroid under control and i'm gaining weight. Despite my monthly daily exercise average being 60 min a day.. awesome. fun. that's not demoralizing.
I should probably stop waiting until the end of the day to get my exercise in…but I did it. All rings..46 in a row
I guess this is good… over the past month, I’m averaging 61+ min of exercise per day… and 32+ min per day over 2025 so far.
As a November baby, I would like to remind my fellow November babies to not think too hard about what this means about your parents…
This weekend is EDC in Orlando.. my middle kid works at an ER in Orlando.. Friday night, a 20 yr old Jane doe arrived unresponsive after taking some mix of pills at the festival and will likely never go home.. please.. please be careful out there…

it was a good birthday.. roller coasters... way too much food for dinner.. and one of my favorite people came to visit for the weekend..
2 hours left of 50… it’s been a good year health wise … reconnected with my wife… found my back to an old friend… just about time to go close my rings for the 43rd day in a row.. and 49/50…

... do i apply for the voluntary RIF program at work? There's no way i'm getting approved for it.. but.. a year of pay, all my stock options being outright given to me, and health insurance for 56 weeks?
Option A: have a relaxing night at home vegging out… Or… I could go close my rings for the 38th consecutive day..
