Want proof you’re committed? Check your calendar, not your captions. Habits expose you or build you. Develop the habit when it’s "unbearable", build it when it’s "uncomfortable", dominate with it when it’s "unbreakable".
If you’re not playing multiple spots you need to make sure your training incorporates new movement patterns, cutting & change of direction, quick acceleration/quick feet drills. If your speed training is only a straight line you are missing the big picture. Be athletic/adaptable
As a leader, you are in charge of setting the standards, more importantly holding everyone to it! If you allow 1 individual to not live up to the standard, culture will suffer greatly! Don’t be afraid to keep the standards & having everyone pull the rope in the same direction
True character will be seen in difficult, tough, and hard times. You can tell the true nature of a person and what they truly stand for in these times. Their actions will be louder than the words they spoke when times were good.
Those who show up when you don’t ask are the ones who see the true greatness in you. They will inspire you when you need it the most. Win the details win the day!
One of the greatest things we can do is lift those up around us. Share knowledge, experiences, and see the best and potential those have around us. Help those be the best version of themselves not hold them back.

Self-Talk is one of the most important things you will do on a daily basis. If you have positive self-talk you will find positive outcomes and people in your everyday life. If you have negative self-talk you will find negative outcomes and people. Be mindful of your self-talk
Wednesday Wisdom: Before you act on making a decision or action we have complete control over them. Once we make that decision or action, those decisions and actions then have control over us. Be mindful and think over your decisions and actions before we act on them.
Timing! Stay relaxed be on time and ready to hit.
To be successful you must have high internal motivation, discipline with your habits, and the willingness to understand things take time and constant repetition (embrace the boredom). Do you truly want to do what it takes for success or just talk about it. Actions over words.
Early in my PT career, I spent a lot of time studying slow-motion videos 🎥 Here’s the issue—swinging and throwing are one continuous 'Flow'! When we break down the movement into parts without bringing it back to that full global 'Flow,' we create more problems than we solve!
