I've been using @strongapp to track my workouts for over 4 years now. It's absolutely brilliant. I've tried loads of other apps - and a notebook - but nothing has ever come close. strong.app

For me it’s the @strongapp It drastically reduces the mental effort required for me to get myself to the gym. I input my workouts, go to gym, click start workout on Apple Watch then brain turn off and I can focus on my lifts (built in rest timers are great)
First workout using @strongapp I like it, super easy to use, clear UI. Nice. 💪 Thanks to @cheesewhisk for the app recommendation!
