New in Swift 5.1: When a struct property has a default value, it's no longer required to pass a value for it when using the compiler-generated initializer 👏 One of my favorite tweaks in this version of Swift, it's a small feature, but makes structs feel even more lightweight 👍
Another cool use case for Property Wrappers: data validation! It lets us create a property whose value can only be read if it passes a predefined validation test. I’m thinking that this can be very useful when dealing with external data, like user input or third-party API.
Swift 5.1 feels like Swift 6.0 with all the new features it got.
