Gainesville Exploration Academy hosted a ceremonial street-sign unveiling to honor Major General Roy Bridges who piloted the NASA Challenger space shuttle in 1985. Bridges is the only NASA Astronaut to graduate from Gainesville High School and was in attendance for the event.
