95 lbs down! Tomorrow I run my first 5k. Life feels good despite all the craziness going on.
Week 6 of Couch to 5k conquered. Two more to go. I HATED running when I was younger but this new me is addicted. The stark changes I see in the mirror week-by-week since starting are igniting a motivation I haven’t felt in ages. 92 lbs down; 48 lbs to go!
