During last week’s selloff, S&P 500’s RSI dropped below 35. There have only been 12 cases where RSI fell below 35 after 150+ days while market stayed within 10% of all time high. 6 months later, $SPX was positive 90.9% of the time with only 4.1% max loss and 8% drawdown on avg.
