Glad to see more and more people are speaking against the ridiculous claim that the Scofield Bible was backed by the Jews. It is basically to the point that if someone says the Jews were behind the Scofield Bible you can cross them off as a serious thinker.

The theology of God choosing a people is fascinating and important. Among other reasons they function as a representative sample of humanity and their failure despite so many privileges indicts us all. But God will have mercy on them before blessing the world (Rom 11:15, 11:32).

Well Christians believe 1 difference is their claim is actually legit But even as an outsider there’s another interesting difference. Throughout the Bible they are called “stiff necked” and were not chosen bc they were anything special but to show God’s glory despite their sins.
