Saw the @britishmuseum #Legion exhibition on Saturday and recognised the illustration work of the wonderful Rosey Taylor! Plus design by Matt Bigg. Enjoyed it very much, although it's certainly a sobering theme.

A question from a customer today…why don’t you say the word “staff”? It’s simple. At Timpson we believe everyone is equally important and the word “staff” implies some people are more important than others. Instead we use the word “colleague”.
