I'll be at @tilthouse@mastodon.social everybody! It's been real. I will keep my account here but log out and stop using the service. It may take a bit to turn off automatic cross posting from mastodon.
It’s kind of amazing to me people believed SCOTUS had integrity after Bush vs Gore, cause that’s when I stopped believing. And I feel the same about lawyer types who have insisted the legal system is above politics. Such a fiction.

The most important thing I learned after Uvalde is that there are over 50,000 school police officers in this country, but they haven't stopped even one school shooting. Instead they've arrested over 1 million kids, mostly students of color.
"Don't make a wrong move," an officer said as he pinned a struggling second-grader to the ground, ultimately for 38 minutes. "Period." cbsn.ws/3E6QwvT

OH MY. ‼️ The recount that may literally decide control of the New Hampshire House, and government, ends on a tie. (The GOP had a vote of one lead before recount.)

Word of the day is ‘recrudescence’ (17th century): the return of something unpleasant after a period of relief.
N.H. House flip number two. Berlin Democrat Eamon Kelley wins by 2 votes after recount, lost on Nov. 8 to Republican John Greer by four votes. House split now 201-199. #nhpolitics
Big in New Hampshire, where recounts for state House races are continuing today. A recount in Coos County just flipped a lead toward Dems: A Democrat ended up winning... by *2* votes. (Another recount yesterday also flipped a lead toward Dem, who ended up winning by *1*.)
He wants to replace the remote procedure calls with mandatory in-office procedure calls
Democracy is worth the wait. Thank you, Arizona. I am so honored and so proud to be your next Governor.
