The best university? Selling. Go out there, sell, and fail. And then fail again. Eventually, you collect enough “what not to do” moments that selling becomes second nature. That’s the real playbook—trial, error, and figuring shit out.

Being good at sales isn’t enough. If your product sucks, your team is selling with a ceiling. Do your salespeople (and yourself) a favor— Build something worth selling.

Not every venture will work—and that’s okay. My first attempt at AutoInstagram failed miserably. But I rebranded it to Galion Social, professionalized it, and BOOM—clients started rolling in. Lesson? Pivot fast. The first flop isn’t the final word.

Everyone’s chasing “sexy” businesses—crypto, clothing brands, you name it. The competition? Ridiculous. Me? I sell baby diapers. Not sexy, but it works. And that’s the key—pick products others ignore. Less competition, more room to win.

In 2017, I built a bot called AutoInstagram to automate likes & follows. It flopped. Hard. So I rebranded it as Galion Social (named after my cat). By 2018, we had sushi chains & dealerships in Argentina as clients. Sometimes, the win’s hidden under the first failure.

The only reason I built a brand? It brings me joy. I’ve run marketing businesses. I’ve worked odd jobs in Argentina and the Middle East. But nothing compares to waking up knowing you’re building something that’s yours.

Books are a waste of time—kind of. You only get value if you engage with the ideas: - Ask questions - Challenge what you read - Summarize the key points If not? Enjoy your expensive bookshelf decor.

Can’t write a converting ad script? No sweat. Here’s what works for us at Kim & Kimmy: 1. Start with the problem. 2. Bring in the solution. 3. Highlight key features. 4. Emphasize the cost savings. 5. Wrap it up with a killer CTA.

Cheap doesn’t cut it anymore. People are willing to pay more for quality. Stop competing on price and start selling on value.

Stop burning cash on salespeople for your Ecom brand. Invest in UGC instead. 91% of buyers trust online reviews as much as personal recs. Get your customers to leave reviews. Post it everywhere. Turn your audience into your best sales team.

Ecom shoppers are weird They want personalization but want data privacy You could cry about it… Or you can embrace this by: - Showing them you respect their privacy - Using first-party data only - Being 100% transparent Trust = loyalty

Most millennials don’t care about paying for a good product. They care about paying for a good experience. So stop obsessing over your product features. Make your product an experience.

Ecom brands not on social media are committing suicide. 50% of customers find products on social. 60% are buying directly from apps. Post UGC. Sell through social commerce. Build your presence ASAP. Stop leaving money on the table.

These guys are marketing geniuses 🤯 Central Houston Nissan is racking up millions of views on TikTok. Your brand can steal their strategy by: - Finding a trending, funny video - Transitioning to your message - Keeping the energy going Stop burning $$ on ads. Use organic.

"I can't draw" isn't an excuse to build a good brand logo. Do it with AI in <2 minutes. 1. Sketch your logo (even if it sucks) 2. Upload it to ChatGPT-4o 3. Ask it to “improve my logo” 4. Keep tweaking until it’s perfect Skip the designer. Spend that $$ on growth.
