Just got fast airplane wifi for the first time in my life I can vibe code And watch a movie at the same time Pretty incredible

feels like claude code has been heavily nerfed in terms of usage
so let me get this right: Oracle says Openai committed $300B for cloud compute → oracle stock jumps 36% (best day since 1992) Oracle runs on Nvidia GPUs → has to buy billions in chips from Nvidia Nvidia just announced they're investing $100B into openai Openai uses that…
honestly most people are better off just using an llm + some code instead of building overly complex agents you can get pretty far with: - basic llm loop - few tools - glue code to connect them will probably work for 90% of day-to-day use cases no need to overcomplicate it
after extensivly using all the top coding models (gpt5/claude/gemini) for the last month I found: Opus is the best at design + taste Gpt5 for complicated/confusing bits of code 2.5 pro for when you want don’t want to use the above I don’t even bother with sonnet anymore
how is mcp so useful while being completely broken: > horrendous setup > entirely geared towards devs > 99% of ppl don't understand tokens, so they end using 3-4 servers -> stuffing context with garbage > if not constantly toggling them on/off it ruins your agent
just realized i had 4+ mcp servers "on" in cursor no wonder it was like 50iq and i ran through all my usage
there's still such a huge knowledge gap between ai eng and users. a lot of basic concepts that aren't even known ex: mcp, most of the servers i see are like 20-50k tokens that are on 24/7 most ppl dont realize having 50k tokens each request is expensive + confuses the model
spent the day vibe coding a specific feature with cursor model got stuck half way through, so i swap to claude & spend 2 more hrs asking it to debug still can't get figure out try to debug myself (1 hr), give up cause i dont understand the code think might as well try gpt5,…

food has to be the worst thing for productivity i stopped eating breakfast + lunch and i think my output has 10x'd since then
Potentially a 2b+ industry geared towards selling “dumb school safe” listening devices > schools banning smartphones > nothing really available that just plays music > schools are inherit loops “hey that’s cool and different where’d you > parents happy their kids use phone…
The r/iPod subreddit is full of Gen-Z and GenAlpha kids recommending which MP3 player to buy and bring to school after majority of US states have banned smartphones from the classroom. Apparently, people re-selling old iPods for $500+ on eBay. Old is new.

extremely impressed with replits v3 agent gave it a pretty difficult prompt (mostly backend) and it managed to read docs, stitch together apis that aren't in any training docs and get me a working version relatively quickly not perfect, but probably the best vibecoding…
ali is a great creator but i think all creators underestimate just how difficult it is to build a good product when you're not doing it fulltime 0 -> 1 is the most challenging part of any startup as a founder it requires relentless obsession. 12+ hour days. countless…
You may be wondering why Izzy and I decided to start our family business, Sparkle Studios, together 🤔 Over the past 12 months, ever since we got married, we’ve been working on creating a suite of productivity and personal development apps. If you’ve known us for a while, you…
everyday i code with an LLM and i'[m surprised how far we've come i just write what i want in english and somehow its able to magically create things seriously imagine telling someone this 3 years agos
i recently changed my profile pic & my engagement & reach dropped has massively i wonder if its the algo or more likely ppl who are usually familiar with my profile pic (yellow character) don't realize its me, and their brain autoscrolls

apple kinda cooked with the pro 3s also scale at which they operate airpods at is kinda insane the single sku makes more revenue($22b) then all of Spotify combined ($17b)

man google really cooked with ai mode i'd say 80% of my "simple" ai queries are just using it now (especially on my phone) once it becomes the default, (rn its 1 click), i expect a lot more ppl will be using it over others

my favourite thing about cursor is the bringing in context with @ it genuinely makes the experience of any ai product 10x better instead of having to copy paste makes 0 sense that no one outside of coding agents is copying this i need a file system for my day to day so i can…

this is hilarous but also theres a lot of nuance behind this cc is a dev tool -> most companies have devs and dog fooding is easy cc is huge on x -> actually really great way to test vibes unfortunately other niches don't have the same feedback loop
