Trump knew that without a strong economy, he wouldn’t get re-elected. So he put the economy first and pressed for early reopening. Now the pandemic is out of control and will take the economy down with it. Trump gambled with American lives to get re-elected. We all lost.
Our Covid-19 curve is heading the wrong way, and our country is headed in the wrong direction. We need leadership, not abdication. Science, not conspiracies. Solutions, not excuses.
