Bullying at work is insidious and, due to the very nature of it, often goes unreported. I'm pleased @PrifWeinidog agrees that in the Senedd we must set an example as good employers, and stand with unions this #HeartUnions week as they fight for members being bullied at work.
I have been proud to stand alongside union members for decades - as a member, a shop steward, a trade union laywer, and as an MS. This #HeartUnions week we celebrate what unions have achieved, and redouble our efforts to improve the lives of workers across Wales.
Dafydd played a big part in Welsh politics and public life, and will be rightly remembered for his contribution. Many have commented on his decency and supportiveness - something I absolutely recognise from my own experiences. My thoughts are with his family and friends.

Yesterday I asked @PrifWeinidog for an update on the Cardiff Parkway proposal. The project would bring jobs, investment, and vital new transport infrastructure to the east of Cardiff I was pleased that the First Minister agreed we need a decision in the next few weeks.
