Dental appt went as well as possible. Next visit in 6 weeks to check on my healing progress. I hope I can stop the gum disease in its tracks because these cleanings are no fun. Last time I had glorious numbing injections and this time I didn't and oof. Pain. 😩

My dad came home after all scans were clear, so no stroke. Thankfully, no broken bones after a fall. Diagnosed with vertigo, got IV fluids and will need to follow up with Dr. Still don't know what the cause is. Thank you for the good thoughts. ❤️
Need some good thoughts. Had to call an ambulance for my dad. He may have had a stroke.

My dental appt was rescheduled for Mon and now we’re supposed to have severe storms with possible tornadoes. Dental anxiety + Covid worries and now being stuck in a chair during tornadoes. NOO I CANNOT. That’s past my anxiety threshold.
"It's okay if you're sad." Fully giving yourself permission to feel grief is huge and something I struggle with. Sometimes I just need to hear it from a therapist. So, hey, it's okay if you're sad.
See, hot flashes are real, you assholes who say it's psychosomatic or make jokes. This is me every day (plus the nausea/dizziness that comes with them, yay) for over 6 YEARS. 😩 Women have to endure so much.
