Seth Hernandez was up to 101 MPH in the Dominican Republic with his 70-grade fastball and displays a CB with up to 3,000 RPMs, a CH with/ late fade, good arm action, and also has SL/FC manipulation. Very low effort + extremely polished for his age.

My title of this presentation was “Creating Great Outfield Play with Athleticism and Competitiveness” make it different and make your athletes show you they’re athletes!
For our outfielders, everything starts with long, strong strides. This drill reinforces high knees, athletic posture, and staying on the balls of the feet so they can cover serious ground. 🫡 @ErickQuesada19

We are doing a disservice to our kids if we don’t have them practice what we expect them to do when it really matters. Have to practice what we preach!
