With all four of Louisville’s scholarship running backs out due to injury, true freshman walk-on Braxton Jennings will get the start against Kentucky. The Ashland, Kentucky native has rushed for 87 yards on 17 carries with one touchdown this season.
I’d argue it’d be a disservice to include them in the playoff. Yes that was a great victory over Texas A&M but this team also lost to Florida, took overtime to beat Mississippi St. and Kentucky, and got Dawg Walked by Georgia.
