Getting closer - new straddle hold time is 5s (goal is 7s before I move on to full flag)
I've been working on the human flag on-and-off for many years. Currently, stuck at the straddle flag - the (hopefully) last progression step. Any tips from those who’ve nailed it already? My goal was always to hold a full straight flag for 7s. Current straddle hold: 3s
