liverpooluniversitypress.co.uk/doi/book/10.38… New book on the astronomy of Stonehenge now available for pre-order. By Clive Ruggles and @AmandaChadburn so should be interesting. I'm bound to end up shouting at it at some point though :-) :-)

The current WHS Management Plan calls for the removal of modern encumbrances from the SH landscape so adding an earth ramp would be the antithesis of that aim. Also, incidentally, is installing over 1km of new dual carriageway and 2x monster tunnel portals but hey >shrug<.

I live near Stonehenge and the reason the traffic gets stuck on that part of the A303 is cars slowing down to look. What about trying a long earth ramp so people cars can't see Stonehenge from the road? Saving £2 billion and untold archeological damage. Or am I talking nonsense?

What the actual fuck?

At what point can we start referring to her as "Disgraced Tory peer, Michelle Mone"? Asking for a friend.

Hmmm. I just had a bizarre experience, involving a global news organisation and a trillion dollar corporation. (I got caught in the middle, so... owch.) It’s not the sort of experience the people involved usually talk about in public… so I think I’ll talk about it in public. 🧵
