Okay, this is important. This is the 7 - 16 year development + ramp up process that **a huge number** of politicians, companies and commentators have been proposing as the rapid, immediate solution to the fossil fuel crisis causing cripplingly high living costs right now.
Amazing how "I made an AI do X" posts have turned from obvious lies to utterly unremarkable in a few short years.
But at the same time, if you always say the same thing, it's a good bet that you're not saying it in response to a careful empirical assessment of circumstances. It's likely that you have extremely strong psychological dispositions that warp your perceptions in predictable ways.
