Been working on my RHR: 42 bpm last night. Few things that work for me: -deeper breathing during meditation -morning workout (vs evening) -morning cold plunge + sauna (vs evening) -hard workout 2 days before (high hr zones 4-5) -eating dinner 3+ hrs before bed
