Yours truly and the team at the distillery had a busy day yesterday.... any guesses on what we started? 😁🥃. 10+ hours of rice, water, propane tanks and manual labor. At the end of it all, we finished up with close to 250 gallons of rice mash. Let the fermentation begin!!
