#AASLinPLCS A1: I have a small proficiency scale built into my Nearpod lessons. I ask students how confident they feel in their understanding of(insert learning target) & they rate themselves on a 1-4 scale. They do this at the start and end of each lesson

A2 After reading the chapter on assessments my thought was that I need to refer to my learning targets more often to create a buzz about upcoming lessons. My goal would be to use those Targets and reflect on the outcomes. #AASLinPLCS
A2: Everything is laid out so nicely i the new standards book - I think it would make sense to choose one of the shared foundation or domain areas as focus for next year and then build in a way to measure growth for our IDEAL goals #AASLinPLCS

A1: I measure learner growth through formative assessments built in Nearpod! It's a great way to make sure that students are meeting the learning target & to see if any re-teaching needs to be done! I also have students fill out proficiency scales as well #AASLinPLCS

A1 With no real assessments in the library my assessments come in formative form. Discussions right now but would like to incorporate more written exit tickets. #aaslinplcs
