So, this is my impression of the mechanism of action of #Immunotherapy by #Checkpoint_Blockade; 1- Inhibitory receptors, as PD-1, act as brakes to function of immune cells, 2- blockade releases the brakes, 3- T cells are free & functioning again!!!
