Update 18 Observe the width. If @BDA_BBSR @BSCL_BBSR redesign the road it can be made #CompleteStreet, at least #footpath & cycle lane can be added but vending, #shopfrontage & parking may take a hit. Optimum carriage width is imp but road is definite while traffic is indefinite.
